Let it be known that Ether Online Private Server is a PERSONAL PRIVATE SERVER intended for educational purposes.
This is a NON-PROFIT server. Ether Online Private Server does not engage in any sort of MONEY MAKING BUSINESS except for the generous donations by the people who are willing to do so.

This server was created by and for GAME DEVELOPMENT enthusiasts and has no intention of competing with OFFICIAL FIESTA ONLINE SERVERS.

I, the owner of Ether Online Private Server believe that this server is not illegal since FIESTA ONLINE files have been released to the public for interested Game Developers at a FREE MMORPG development community forums. All files are available for downloads. [www.ragezone.com]

I, the owner of Ether Online Private Server created this server for reasons:
(1) To be able to enhance our programming / graphics authoring / web development / game development / animation and more I.T. related skills.
(2) Have a better understanding on Game authoring, GamePlay and GameDesign.
(3) Server / Client game development.
